I was greeted in a friendly manner at the front desk when I arrived and attended to right away. My consultant, Britney, asked the right questions in order to help me find what I was looking for. She was quiet and allowed me adequate time to think over my choices, which I really needed. She also gave some great suggestions and ideas when appropriate. She provided an answer for every question I had, no matter how big or small. I did not feel pressure or judgement from her in any way. In fact, she went above and beyond to make me feel like a bride and help me choose my gown-from adding extra details, fanning out the train every time I moved, and giving advice when needed. I felt very special at the Bridal Centre compared to my experiences elsewhere.
I returned after just one day to try on my two favourite gowns from the first visit and I purchased one of them today. Again, I was treated very kindly by the receptionist and Britney as I made my final decision and purchased the gown.
I was nervous about coming to the Bridal Centre because I didn't pay the extra $50 to get a longer appointment and I wasn't sure if they'd have a dress in my budget based on the appointment survey. I thought that as a result of that, I might be treated differently, but I was not. In fact, I had been to a lot of other places beforehand and I felt more comfortable and attended to at the Bridal Centre than all of the others. It was just so easy!
